§3. Technical requirements and rules of use

  1. To use the Website you need a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser with JavaScript and cookies enabled; to send an Enquiry or Comment you also need an active e-mail address or phone number.
  2. The User undertakes to use the Website in accordance with the law, these Terms and good practice, and in particular not to:
    • post unlawful, offensive or vulgar content or content infringing the rights of others;
    • send spam or unsolicited commercial offers;

  5. The Website is intended for adults. Minors may send Enquiries and Comments only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

§4. Enquiry form and chat

  1. Sending an Enquiry via the form or chat is not a booking. An appointment becomes binding only once the salon confirms it by phone, text message, WhatsApp or e-mail.
  2. The salon answers Enquiries during opening hours. Enquiries sent outside opening hours are handled on the next working day.
  3. In the Enquiry, the User provides the data needed for contact (e.g. name and phone number). Messages from the form and chat, including phone numbers left by Users, are delivered to the salon’s e-mail inbox.
  4. The chat may work automatically. Automatic answers are general information only; arrangements confirmed by the salon staff are binding.

  2. The Service Provider decides under which posts Comments can be added; this feature may be disabled for some posts.
  3. Adding a Comment requires a name or nickname and an e-mail address. The e-mail address is not published.
  4. Comments may be published after approval by the Service Provider.
  5. The User is responsible for the content of their Comment. By adding it, the User grants the Service Provider a free, non-exclusive permission to display it on the Website for as long as the post exists.
  6. The Service Provider may decline to publish, hide or remove a Comment that violates §3(2), contains advertising or promotional links, or is off-topic.
  7. Anyone may report a Comment that violates the law or these Terms to swiatmasazuirelaksu@wp.pl, indicating the post, the content of the Comment and the reason. The Service Provider handles the report without undue delay and informs the reporting person of the decision if they provided an e-mail address.
  8. The author of a Comment may request its removal at any time by writing to the same address.

  2. Prices, opening hours and descriptions of services on the Website are for information only and do not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code. The salon confirms the current terms when the appointment is arranged.
  3. Texts, photos, graphics, the logo and the layout of the Website are protected by copyright and belong to the Service Provider or to persons who have granted it a licence.

  2. The Service Provider handles complaints within 14 days of receipt and replies in the same way the complaint was submitted, unless the User indicates otherwise.
  3. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, e.g. the assistance of a municipal or district consumer ombudsman (rzecznik konsumentów) or the Voivodeship Inspectorate of Trade Inspection (WIIH).
  4. The controller of Users’ personal data is the Service Provider. The rules for processing personal data and cookies are set out in the Privacy Policy.
  5. Matters not governed by these Terms are subject to Polish law, in particular the Civil Code and the Act on the provision of electronic services. These Terms do not limit consumer rights under mandatory provisions of law.
  6. The Service Provider may amend these Terms for important reasons, e.g. changes in the law or in the Website’s features. The new version applies from the date of its publication on the Website; blog subscribers are informed of changes by e-mail.
